Today starts the fundraiser organised for Gala Phoenix, owner of Curio.
Since she was falsely accused of copyright infringement her store was closed by Linden Lab, in fact the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) process in Second Life requires that, when there is legal action taken against your content, Linden Lab must remove it from the grid until a ruling is made.
Gala has to face an expensive lawsuit and this fondraiser is our main chance to support her.
